Legendary player set to stay? New Curry contract on the table
NBA star basketball player Stephen Curry could remain with the Golden State Warriors until the end of his career, TodayPress TV reports.
The club is expected to hold talks with the 38-year-old basketball player over a contract extension in the near future.
The new deal could give Curry the opportunity to finish his career with the Golden State Warriors.
Earlier, Golden State general manager Mike Dunleavy said the club was ready to offer Curry any contract he wanted and do everything possible to keep him on the team.
Dunleavy also stressed that the final decision would be up to the basketball player. According to him, the club has no intention of parting ways with Curry. Even if the player were to request a trade, the management would respect his decision, although it would not be particularly enthusiastic about such an option.
Curry averaged 26.6 points, 4.7 assists and 3.6 rebounds per game in the 2025/2026 season. He spent an average of 30.9 minutes on the court per game.
