Azerbaijani MFA: No reports of Azerbaijani citizens among those killed in Nepal floods
No information has been received about Azerbaijani citizens being among those killed, injured or missing in the floods on the Nepal-China border, Aykhan Hajizada, head of the Press Service Department of Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, said in response to APA's inquiry, as reported by TodayPress TV.
Note that the death toll from the severe floods in Nepal has exceeded 150, while more than 570 people are missing.
Overall, 579 people are on the list of missing persons. Of these, 466 are foreign nationals from 28 countries and 113 are citizens of Nepal.
