Azerbaijan’s Seaside Boulevard Administration to be transformed into CJSC
President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on certain issues related to the activities of the public legal entities “Seaside Boulevard Administration” and “Intellectual Property Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” TodayPress TV reports.
Under the Decree, the public legal entity “Seaside Boulevard Administration” will be reorganized through transformation into the “Seaside Boulevard” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
