Liverpool’s Champions League heroes reunited!

Former Liverpool and Brazil midfielder Fabinho will continue his career at Turkish club Trabzonspor, TodayPress TV reports.

The club announced Fabinho’s transfer through its official social media accounts.

The 32-year-old footballer was a free agent after leaving Al-Ittihad. Last season, he made 43 appearances for the Saudi club, scoring three goals and providing four assists.

Fabinho’s new teammates at Trabzonspor include Ukrainian midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi. The Turkish club had previously signed former Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah as a free agent. Salah joined Trabzonspor earlier this month.

Fabinho and Salah previously played together at Liverpool. In 2019, they won the UEFA Champions League with the English club. Fabinho started in Liverpool’s 2-0 victory over Tottenham in the final, while Salah scored the opening goal.
